- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on emerging paradigms in Generative AI and Predictive Modeling for the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Fine-tune model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
