Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced SQL/Python-based data models for business forecasting
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for C-suite executives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across marketing and product teams
- Automate ETL processes using AWS Glue and Redshift
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to inform product strategy
- Present data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of translating analytics into revenue growth
- Strong business acumen in tech or e-commerce industries
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
