Responsibilities
- Define the Year 2026 Roadmap: Create and communicate a long-term technical vision that aligns with our strategic goals for the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures capable of supporting next-gen AI integrations and AR experiences.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) relevant to our 2026 product line.
- Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate concepts before mass production.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams toward specific milestones (e.g., Year 2026 targets).
- AI & AR Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and Augmented Reality development ecosystems.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive performance.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges with innovative solutions.
