Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for high-frequency AI decision-making systems.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the transition of classical ML models to hybrid quantum-classical algorithms suitable for 2026 deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and regulatory standards.
- Prototype Development: Hands-on development of core prototypes to validate theoretical concepts before scaling to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role designing complex systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of thinking outside the box and driving innovation in technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
