Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance technical architectures for AI-driven platforms and next-gen computing systems.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural audits, and system performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and researchers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Advanced AI) and integrate relevant advancements into the company stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of system security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
