Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead the architecture of complex, scalable systems integrating AI and machine learning models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced NLP) into our existing stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability at a global scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in designing high-availability, distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with futuristic technologies and a demonstrated ability to innovate.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
