Responsibilities
- Define and execute the "2026 Technical Vision" for our flagship AI platform.
- Lead the architecture for next-gen neural networks and distributed computing systems.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive code quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) for future integration.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
