Your Mission:
To architect scalable AI frameworks that define the user experience of 2026 and drive sustainable business growth through intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI research and development roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to prototype and deploy next-gen AI models.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into business strategy.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into customer-facing products.
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for ethical AI and data governance.
- Monitor global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our market position.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products in a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
