- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI development.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technical initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
