Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead a team of junior researchers and engineers in exploratory data analysis and model training.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency inference in edge computing environments.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging AI trends and integrating novel methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
