Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms and neural networks.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of 5+ senior engineers in building the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI platform.
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance on high-performance computing clusters.
- Scalability: Ensure system architecture supports high throughput, low latency, and seamless scalability.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software architecture, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and system optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
