Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms and neural network infrastructures designed for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in researching and implementing advanced AI models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable software solutions.
- Optimize system performance to handle massive data throughput in real-time environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability within the AI development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience in quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
