Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with quantum hardware.
- Lead the strategic '2026 Roadmap' to define technical milestones for our quantum-class infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, latency, and energy efficiency in next-gen environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
