Responsibilities
- Develop AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map AI adoption scenarios across industries
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips)
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for public-private AI partnerships
- Author thought leadership on AI's societal impact and mitigation strategies
- Oversee prototype testing of human-AI collaborative interfaces
- Represent the company at global tech policy summits and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI ethics, strategic foresight, or technology policy
- Published research on AI alignment or human-computer interaction
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neural network architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects
