In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between today's innovation and tomorrow's reality, ensuring our organization remains agile, competitive, and future-proof. You will be responsible for defining the technical strategy that will underpin our products and services as we enter the era of autonomous AI.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and next-generation technologies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and deploy futuristic solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive Analytics) and integrate viable solutions into the core architecture.
- Establish best practices for scalable, secure, and sustainable technology ecosystems that support rapid growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor senior technical staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, and learning.
- Monitor industry trends to anticipate shifts in the technology landscape and prepare the organization accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable, detailed roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a significant plus.
