You will be at the forefront of integrating Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness, and autonomous systems into scalable enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech concepts and practical, high-performance engineering. You will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists to build systems that are resilient, scalable, and ready for the next decade of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures that are quantum-resistant and optimized for next-gen AI workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential for immediate integration.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models and large-scale data pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols for autonomous systems and ensure full compliance with evolving data regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within AI/ML environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and edge computing architectures.
- Future-Tech Vision: Demonstrated ability to work with cutting-edge concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
