Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models focused on the 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and backend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize real-time data processing pipelines to handle petabyte-scale datasets with zero-latency performance.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-ready code.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Proven track record of scaling systems to handle high-concurrency environments and large-scale data processing.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business stakeholders.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a strong plus.
