Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global AI ethics framework aligned with ISO 42001 standards.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and fairness assessments on proprietary machine learning models before deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and legal experts to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Design training programs to foster a culture of ethical awareness and responsibility across the organization.
- Advocate for human-centric design principles in all product development cycles.
- Stay ahead of global trends in AI regulation (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) and advise leadership on strategic adaptations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or policy development.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks in the technology sector.
