Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale real-time data.
- Research & Development: Lead the R&D efforts for proprietary algorithms, ensuring they are optimized for the 2026 roadmap.
- System Optimization: Refine model latency and throughput to achieve sub-millisecond inference times in production.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and backend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into consumer and enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and large-scale software development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
