Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Autonomous Agents).
- Define technical roadmaps for the company's long-term AI strategy.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced concepts into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers on best practices for machine learning engineering.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
