Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and secure AI solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the design and deployment of neural networks.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI implementation within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI projects from conception to production.

- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
