Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with product and executive teams to establish the technical vision and long-term strategy for AI integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures for high-performance AI workloads.
- Model Strategy: Lead the selection and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps specialists.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review critical code paths, and ensure architectural integrity.
- Innovation Labs: Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) to prepare for the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Experience deploying models in production environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through rapid scaling and complex product launches.
