The Role
You will own the architectural strategy for our core AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and data governance across all AI initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
