What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring high scalability and security.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in researching and deploying next-gen Machine Learning algorithms.
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for AI integration across all company products.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
