Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and oversee the development of scalable distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic technology trends.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead efforts to optimize model inference and training speeds, utilizing edge computing and quantum-ready architectures where applicable.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI pathways) into our core product suite.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role specifically within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++; extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems using microservices and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to rapid technological shifts; passion for exploring theoretical AI concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow).
