In this pivotal role, you will define the roadmap for our 2026 autonomous agent ecosystem, moving beyond simple chatbots to create intelligent agents capable of independent reasoning, complex task execution, and seamless human-AI collaboration.
At Apex Horizon, we are building the operating system for the next generation of enterprise intelligence. You will work at the intersection of Deep Learning, Distributed Systems, and Human-Computer Interaction to build products that don't just assist, but execute.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Lead the architecture of complex agentic workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Model Engineering: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems for specific industry verticals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AutoGPT frameworks.
- Implementation: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to translate architectural blueprints into production-grade code.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to define the AI product vision and roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record working with LLMs, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems in dynamic environments.
