Responsibilities
- Design Scalable AI Systems: Architect robust, high-performance AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Strategic Research: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure we remain ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage across all engineering teams.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to seamlessly integrate complex AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in emerging technologies like Quantum Computing or Edge AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
