Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure required for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to deploy scalable machine learning models.
- Oversee the selection and optimization of cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure) to ensure high availability and security.
- Define technical best practices and governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business objectives into technical specifications for the 2026 timeline.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
