Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and drive the technical vision for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready engineering solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 12+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
