Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure that meets the rigorous demands of 2026 enterprise standards, focusing on security, latency, and throughput.
- Lead Autonomous Development: Direct a team of elite engineers in building autonomous agent systems capable of complex decision-making and self-improvement.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and refine machine learning models that predict market trends and user behavior with high accuracy, integrating them into our core product.
- Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our AI evolution, ensuring our stack is compatible with emerging quantum-ready protocols.

Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Extensive Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with distributed systems is a must.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments with optimization for efficiency.
