Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement robust, autonomous AI agent architectures capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and self-correction.
- Model Optimization: Lead the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-performance inference in edge environments.
- System Scalability: Engineer scalable MLOps pipelines that handle petabyte-scale data processing and real-time learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, setting technical standards and best practices.
- R&D Strategy: Research emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and symbolic AI integration.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of building and deploying LLMs or generative models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
