Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on predictive AI integration and quantum computing infrastructure.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of network security, data privacy, and system resilience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks or working in R&D environments is highly preferred.
