Join PixelForge Creative as a Junior Web Developer and help us build beautiful, functional digital experiences for clients across the Pacific Northwest. You'll work alongside senior developers to translate design mockups into responsive, accessible websites while learning modern development practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Implement interactive UI components using React.js and modern CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect design systems
- Optimize website performance through code refactoring and asset compression
- Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure cross-platform compatibility
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team documentation
- Deploy websites to staging and production environments using Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional web development experience or equivalent portfolio
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript
- Experience with React.js and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ responsive website projects
