Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior developers and designers to translate wireframes into functional, responsive websites.
- Development: Assist in the development of front-end and back-end components using modern technologies.
- Debugging: Identify and fix bugs within existing codebases to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Perform unit testing and quality assurance to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and comments within the code.
- Learning: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and technical workshops to accelerate your skill acquisition.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Mindset: Demonstrated passion for web development and a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly.
- Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts is a plus (but not mandatory for the right attitude).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to the full training program duration and work standard office hours.
