Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for front-end and back-end web applications.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Code Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and improve performance and scalability.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs across various browsers and devices.
- Collaboration: Participate in agile sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Learning: Actively engage in the paid training curriculum to master new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation: A genuine passion for web development and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
