At Omaha Tech Innovators, we’re seeking passionate beginners to join our 12-week intensive training initiative. You’ll master modern web technologies through hands-on projects, mentorship from senior engineers, and a dedicated curriculum covering HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. Upon successful completion, transition directly into a full-time junior developer role where you’ll build responsive websites and collaborate with cross-functional teams. No prior coding experience required—just drive and curiosity!
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Develop interactive front-end components with React and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Debug and optimize web applications for performance and accessibility
- Participate in agile development cycles (Scrum/Kanban)
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation
- Learn and adapt to emerging web technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies
- Portfolio of personal projects (even simple ones) a plus
- Ability to commit to 40 hours/week during training phase
