Your Role
As a Junior Developer, you will support the development lifecycle, from design to deployment. You will assist in building responsive, user-friendly websites that drive engagement for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and senior developers to translate requirements into functional web applications.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs in existing code and perform thorough testing to ensure website functionality.
- Content Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating website content to keep it current and relevant.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and update project wikis.
- Performance Optimization: Participate in optimizing site speed and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Git is a plus.
- Passion for Learning: A strong drive to learn new technologies and adapt to industry changes.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically about code structure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
