Responsibilities
- Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Implement interactive UI components with React.js and modern CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect front-end code
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and W3C standards
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standup ceremonies
- Debug and optimize website performance across browsers and devices
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge base
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of professional web development experience
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript
- Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript ES6+ features
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ live web projects with clean code
