Responsibilities
- Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for digital products
- Conduct basic user research sessions and usability testing under guidance
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 3-5 UX design projects (personal, academic, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent; UX design certification or relevant coursework preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
