Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas and journey maps based on stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketers)
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 3-5 UX design projects (school projects, personal work, or case studies accepted)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Associate's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for creating intuitive user experiences
