- Documentation: Participate in creating technical documentation, API documentation, and code comments to facilitate team collaboration.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and implement new software features.
- Code Reviews: Engage in peer code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to team code quality standards.
- Learning & Mentorship: Actively participate in technical training sessions and mentorship programs to accelerate your professional growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) and a basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Sacramento, CA, or ability to work in a fully remote capacity.
