Responsibilities
- Contribute to Development: Write and debug code for web and mobile applications under the mentorship of senior engineers.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Learn & Adapt: Rapidly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools through our structured training curriculum.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing applications to ensure they meet user requirements and function smoothly.
- Documentation: Help maintain clear documentation for codebases and API integrations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of programming concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus).
- Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to thrive in a remote environment.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (candidates in Dallas, TX or Ohio are highly preferred).
