Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that power our core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices and design patterns.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Miami, FL (Relocation assistance available).
