Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate in Agile Teams: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and Optimize: Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Learn and Adapt: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Create clear technical documentation, API specs, and user manuals to support team knowledge sharing.
- Support: Assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and monitor system health.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for logical thinking and solving complex coding challenges.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be able to adhere to a schedule, whether remote or in-office.
