Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code for web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues in both development and production environments.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a distributed team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow as an engineer.
