Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debugging & Testing: Assist in identifying, debugging, and fixing software defects to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure code standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Support: Provide technical support for internal tools and applications to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, OR completion of a coding bootcamp with a strong portfolio.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript preferred) and concepts like variables, loops, and functions.
- Web Fundamentals: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs is highly desirable.
