Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing new software features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile planning sessions to learn industry best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, learning to resolve bugs under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA testers.
- Document code and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (variables, loops, functions, data structures).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
