Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to define data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Build and optimize ETL processes to improve data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
