Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the quantitative research team to implement and test new trading strategies for Equity Options.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python or Java to support our core trading infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve issues in high-volume trading environments with minimal latency.
- Assist in the integration of real-time market data feeds and historical datasets.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning to improve software quality.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture for future scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Git, and version control workflows.
- Passion for financial markets and a desire to understand Equity Options.
