Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Developers: Participate in code reviews and learn best practices by observing and collaborating with senior team members.
- Build & Test: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web applications under supervision.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Help identify and resolve software bugs and technical issues in the development environment.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and implement features.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and help maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Stay Current: Engage in weekly learning sessions to keep up with emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp certification).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python (any coding language is acceptable).
- Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft Skills: High level of curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to take on feedback.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems is a plus but not required.
